I am REALLY happy with my exercise progress so far. I’ve lost over 15 pounds and I continue to get my butt off of the couch! I’m surprising myself on a daily basis.

After starting off the week with a 6K run, I followed that up with a combined 27+K over the next three days. I decided that I wanted to run today, but I didn’t want to go too far as to kick my body’s ass too hard.
I ran 5K and was really happy with the results. I didn’t care about the times, I just ran when I felt like it and walked when I felt like it. I can feel myself getting stronger, even if my legs felt like absolute rubber today.
I’m hanging out with my son this weekend and it’s supposed to rain the entire time, so my legs will more than likely be getting a break.
