I had the same problem. It was all way over my head or minimum wage and nothing in between. Filling out online applications to get an immediate reponse back of no thanks made me want to pull my hair out. It becomes a full time job itself. Often, that’s there because the corporate rules and regs require if it pays “x” then the job title must be “senior”. I applied to everything in my job search that I thought I’d qualify for, some “senior”, some “junior”, some regular.

I figure if you think you could do it, apply, never mind the title. You always have more experience and knowledge than you think.
