		<description><![CDATA[Wow. I&#039;m shocked. I hate to admit this, but I am a CSR. If anyone like you called upset and asked for a supervisor, we have protocol for that. We get management involved. I&#039;m shocked your phone company doesn&#039;t have that kind of system set in place.

I hope you get it worked out. Even though I&#039;m a CSR, I still get angry at my bank occasionally, or whatever company. We&#039;re not perfect, but they SHOULD have been way more accomodating/nicer. Its never okay to skirt the issue or ignore customers requests to speak to a suprvsr. 

I hope you get your phone turned on soon my dear!

It&#039;s one of those things...especially where I was a customer service representative (CSR) on the phone before...you might get 1 person in 20 who will spread around a good customer experience, but you&#039;ll get 12 to 14 people in 20 who will spread around poor customer service.  I think I&#039;ll now go out of my way to promote more of each.
