I don’t know about you, but when I get off work on a Friday afternoon I just can’t wait to jump in the car and crank up some music.
Whether I’m off to pick up The Ankle-Biter for the weekend (as will be the case today) or if I’ve got the weekend to myself, music can totally set me free and get me ready for whatever lay ahead.
After weeks of non-stop rain, we’ve finally had three sunny days in a row. In fact, today is gonna be absolutely gorgeous outside (29 degrees C / 84 degrees F) so I’m gonna want to really have some karaoke moments on the way from work to the Ankle Biter.
So here are some songs that I’ll probably listen to…
First, an awesome live performance of one of my favorite songs by UB-40 (totally thinking of Sunshine):
Next up is simply one of the funnest “sing-along songs” ever to come out of the 80′s (LOVE this performance, too!!)

All 3 GREAT songs there!! Have you seen Weird Al’s Craiglist? OMG. He cracks me up.
And for the record, with the current temperature hovering at an average of 104, do you know what I’d give for 84 degrees F?!?
